While we pride ourselves on excellent customer service we know that some times we don't get it right. If you feel that the service you received during the sale or administration of your policy fell below the standard you expected you can make a complaint using the details below.
Please note that if your complaint relates to your claims experience you should instead contact the company that handled your claim (the information on how to do so will be included both in your communications with the relevant claims team or in your policy wording document).
We recommend that you make your complaint either via e-mail or by phone, our complaints team are available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (excluding bank holidays).

Please note that any complaints correspondence sent to our UK address will be forwarded to the complaints team in Gibraltar but this will delay our response by up to a week.
